About me πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ’»

I'm Vladimir Josifoski, a Quality Assurance engineer from Macedonia.

I've started my career right after finishing my studies at the Faculty for Computer Science and Engineering in Skopje. During my studies, I loved all the subjects that were related to design, analysis, planning, and testing. Because of that, I've started to work as a Software Requirement Engineer and Quality Assurance Engineer.

During my studies, and also during the work I gained considerable knowledge in these fields. Both of these job positions helped me a lot in developing analytical skills and keeping even the small details in mind and I think that both of them are connected in some way, because in both of them you have to know all the details of the software and how that software will be used from the end-users.

As Software Requirement Engineer I have worked on analyzing business requirements, defining and documenting requirements, preparing software specifications, and correcting existing ones. Also, I have worked on planning and designing user interfaces, change management, presenting products with various diagrams using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Also, I have participated in gathering the requirements from the client.

In my work as a Quality Assurance Engineer, I have gained experience with manual and automation testing. Also, I am working with SQL databases, some testing tools and frameworks like Zephyr for defining and executing test cases, Cypress (JavaScript), Selenium WebDriver with C# and Java, Katalon, Jmeter, Postman, Rest Assured, Fiddler, and other tools for testing. From the issue tracking systems, I have experience with Redmine, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.

During my career, I have finished my master's studies and currently, I have a Master’s Degree from the Faculty for Computer Science and Engineering in Skopje, for Management in Information Technology (IT Management). My master thesis was also related to Quality Assurance Engineering and Automation Frameworks.
